Microsoft Access database compatibility issue: Database runs well on one computer but not on another!

I've developed an Access database using Access 2010 running on Windows 7 Professional with SP1 but it doesn't run properly on the customer's computer where Access 2010 is running on Windows 7 Home Premium.

The symptoms that I know of are that text boxes that are set, and represent, as flat on my computer represent as sunken on the customer's computer (not a critical symptom) and that the images on a continuous form do not show on the customer's computer, except one (which is a critical symptom).

I must get the images to show on each record as they do when I run the database on my computer.

I've compiled the database on the customer's computer and it compiled without an error, but I don't know what else to try.

The operating systems on both computers are 64-bit and the Office programs on both computers are 32-bit.

Any help/ideas etc. would be much appreciated.

I would guess that the paths to the (missing) images are different on each machine? Perhaps a missing reference?

Other than checking for the latest video drivers, no, I don't have any suggestions. Maybe one of the other community members will chime in.

Unfortunately that hasn't made any difference. Do you have any other suggestions?

    Many thanks,

Make sure all updates have been run on that machine, both Windows updates and Office.
