Difference Between AzureActiveDirectoryAccountLogon and AzureActiveDirectoryStsLogon

Please Convey The difference between ActiveDirectoryAccountLogon and AzureActiveDirectoryStsLogon

As i Understand ActiveDirectoryStsLogon contains Mobile Device and Web Login Details and Account Logon contains all login including powershell login details

If AccountLogon is discontinued is it possible to obtain all details in StsLogon

If Possible Suggest me the correct way to get Last Logon Time for O365 Azure Logon Using Powershell by using Search-UnifiedAuditLog or by any other means
