hi,

I have created a sharepoint designer workflow 2013 and published in list. It was working fine now from two days ago it is taking too much time in executing.

(Maximum 2 3 hours from one stage to another stage). I also increased server quota and delete some list items as well but no improvements in execution.

i checked different blogs and it was written that this is because of Time jobs.

Can you please tell me what is the issue and what steps should i follow ????

Thanks

    Hi Arish,

To investigate this issue, I’d like to confirm the following information.

    1. What kind of workflow is it?
    2. Could you publish it to another list to see if the issue persists?
    3. Are there any error messages when it’s stuck? In Workflow Status:<workflow name> page, click the blue info icon inInternal Status section and capture the screenshot of the whole page along with the detailed error message.

To insert a screenshot, click on Use rich formatting to create your post. On the edit page, select Insert/Edit Media icon to upload a screenshot. 4. From which stage to the next does it take the longest time?

In addition, please provide us with one affected list template and the workflow template for our further investigation.

    To save a list template:

    1. Go to an affected list.
    2. Click on the LIST ribbon > List Settings.
    3. Click Save list as template under Permissions and Management.
    4. Save it and go to the list template galley.
    5. Click on the saved template to download it.

NOTE: If you cannot see Save list as template, please enable custom scripting by following Turn scripting capabilities on or off.

    To save a workflow template:

    1. Open the workflow in SharePoint Designer 2013.
    2. On the Workflow Settings tab in the ribbon, click the Save as Template button in the Manage section.
    3. An informational dialog box appears to let you know the template has been saved to the Site Assets library.
    4. Select the workflow template you want to export by clicking it.
    5. Click the Export File button to save the template file

Please upload the two templates to my workspace in the private message. You can access it via the link below:

    Thanks,
