One Note - 502 error

Anonymous

When I try to access my notebooks, I get the following error message:

502 - Web server received an invalid response while acting as a gateway or proxy server.

There is a problem with the page you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed. When the Web server (while acting as a gateway or proxy) contacted the upstream content server, it received an invalid response from the content server.

How can I access my notes?

    Hello,

Having the same issue here - works using the OneNote Desktop application but doesn't work when we use browsers or use the Teams desktop application.

Goff_G - the I think the OneNote 2016 application is included with most office 365 installations, and there is usually a default installation of a OneNote application on Windows 10 devices?

    Andrew.

    Hi Svzatschool,

    Thanks for your updates.

As you can work normally on Firefox, the issue is not related to notebook.

It may cased by browser, I suggest you contact Chrome Forum for dedicated help.

    Thanks for your understanding.

It seems to be an issue specific to Chrome. I was able to retrieve the information by signing in with Firefox.

    Hi Svzatschool,

Based on your description, I need to confirm if you open the notebook on OneNote online.

Besides, could you please provide the following information?

    1. How do you open the notebook?
    2. The Office version. (Open OneNote>click File>select Account)
    3. Where did the notebook store, OneDrive for Business?
    4. Check if all notebooks have the issue.

    Thanks,

    Qing
