What's the specific version of your Outlook desktop client (File>Office account>About Outlook), and are you working on same version with the user who could print there?
I haven't found relevant print information in the Official document of Translator Add-ins. Then I tried to test on multiple version of Outlook, I found that we could find the print option in my latest version of Outlook 365 version 2106 (Build 14131.20332) but not for my Outlook 2016. So I think it may be related to your client version, it's recommended to first check it.
