Hi,
Replace the INT(B2-A2) portion of your formula with
NETWORKDAYS(INT(A2),INT(B2))
Does this help?

Hello, I'm hoping somebody can help! I am trying to calculate the difference between 2 dates & times in excel which also excludes weekends (saturday & sunday). I've managed to find the formula which will neatly calculate the days/hours/minutes but this formula does not exclude weekends. Does anybody know how to take this formula one step further to exclude weekends between the two dates? Thank you!!
