Anyone know how to do, please advise. Thanks!

    Hello,

For us to verify if this is an issue within the Excel application or with the mouse, we would like to confirm if the scroll up or down is also not working when using other Office application such as Word. Let us perform some troubleshooting steps to isolate the issue. Please follow the steps below:

    1. Make sure that the Scroll Lock option is not activated. Try to press the Scroll Lock on your keyboard. If your keyboard doesn't include this key, you can turn off SCROLL LOCK by using the On-Screen Keyboard. To open the On-Screen Keyboard, click the Start button on your Windows desktop and type On-Screen Keyboard. To turn off SCROLL LOCK, click the ScrLk key, and then close the On-Screen Keyboard.
    2. Open Excel in Safe mode. Right-click the Start button (lower-left corner) in Windows, and click Run. In the Run box, type excel /safe, and click OK.

Once done, please check if the issue will still occur.

Keep us posted for us to assist you further.

    Thank you.

Just to report, I can again scroll within the sheet when typing in a cell. I did nothing, must have been some Microsoft update..
