    Hello Boštjan,

Please let the effective users try connect the network use the cellular data or home WiFi to try again.

Meanwhile, please click here to check if the connectivity works well: Confirm if the Outlook Connectivity has been checked under the Microsoft Office Outlook Connectivity Tests , click Next > fill the form (Note: we need check Use Autodiscover to detect server settings), click Perform Test. Please send us the entire result for further analysis. For privacy concern, I have sent you a Private Message to collect it. Hello Imth23,

From the error message, the issue might have something to do with your network environment. Please try switching to a different network, for example, a network with bigger bandwidth to see if the same issue happens.

Meanwhile, please use the IE 11 with the problematic Office 365 account to try again. Also, try the private mode.

Also, if they are using an custom domain, please let the users try the default company.onmicrosoft.com account. And let us know the result.

    Regards,

    Rudy

    Hi,

    thank you for your response.

Today we will test if error appears again.

We can't switch to network environment with bigger bandwidth.

Other users are one same network and it is working ok.

If error appears again we will try with IE 11.

    Thank you

    Best regards, Boštjan
