Hi, 

we are using your web-email:  Exchange Online (Plan 1) .

We have about 20 emails in your system 2 users are receiving strange error when they want to login on website https://login.microsoftonline.com.

They receive error: 

The server is busy and can't respond to your request. Please try again later.

request-id xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

X-OWA-Version 15.20.588.14

Fewer details.

We have already clear all history,cookies etc. try different web browser.... 

The error appears for about 5-10 min then user can log into email.

This happens about 3-4 times per day.....

Do you have any idea what we can do?

    Hi,

    today problem appears again. 

    We try on Internet Explorer and  Microsoft Edge both generate same problem.

    User can work for about 5-10 min then we receive error: The server is busy and can't respond to your request. Please try again later.

    Any other idea what we can check?
