One Note: Section won't sync or delete; Error Code 0xE40200AA

Question

I recently copied my OneNote Notebook files from the My Documents directory to One Drive in order to access My Notebook from other devices. 

All sections transferred correctly except one (the one with the most data), and that section will not sync, nor can I delete it. Can you please help me either recover this data or delete this section please? Thanks.

To troubleshoot this issue, please try repair Office to see the outcome. You can follow the steps below to do that:

1. Click Win+E to open file explorer.
2. Type this path to open app list: Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Programs and Features.
3. Right click Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus>Change>Quick Repair.
4. If this issue persists after repair, click Online Repair.
