Excel cells all display blank

After some MS update my Office 365 Excel stopped working correctly.  All spread sheets don't display the values of any cells:

Notice the edit window displays "Weights" but the cell desplays blanks.  This is how it displays on another computer:

    Still the same problem.   As far as I can tell, this all started with the Windows update 

    Security update for Adobe Flash Player: November 20, 2018 KB4477029

    that occurred for me on 11/21/18. I tried to restore back to the restore point before that change, but ran into issues with Norton anti-virus interfering with the restore.

    I want to avoid touching Windows updates. Adobe Flash Player updates are constant source of problems on Windows 10.

    Let's try uninstall and reinstall of Office and if that doesn't work, we will move into seeing how to do restore.

    Can you do file > Print and see whether the content is shown in Print Preview?

    Both the print preview and the actual printed output is a blank page.
