Outlook 2016 Keeps Logging Out
Hi,
We have set up a Virtual Machine (Server 2016) which runs Outlook 2016 via an automated process.
Outlook has been set to cache emails for 1 month. Intermittently Outlook keeps requesting the credentials and can take a long time to connect to the server upon opening. I have noticed that this issue seems to occur when there is an automatic MS Office ADAL update in credentials manager.
We have reset the profile multiple times, uninstalled and reinstalled Outlook and the whole O365 suite. We have also applied a registry change for ADAL in Outlook.
The issue seems to go away for a few weeks but then reappears, which causes a lot of issues in our automation.
Any ideas of what we can do to permanently fix this issue please?
