External User Cannot Export into Excel

Question

Hello,

I have an external user who has struggled to access Sharepoint for months since she was granted access to the site, though no mistake of her own that we can find.  We currently have been able to get her access to the site once again, but she still cannot export list data into Excel.  Any mistake on her part has been ruled out, and she has the same permission settings as other external users in her organization who are able to export to Excel. When she tries to export into excel, she now receives the following message:

Sorry for the delay. I was on my vacation last week. 

Could you record a video regarding the process that failing to export list to Excel and send it to us in Private Message? I also want to collect the user's account information there to try involving more resource to look into this issue.

Hello,

Is there anything further we can try to allow my external user to export lists into Excel?  Nothing has worked so far, and her company is looking at having to change my user's email address so that she can try accessing the site under a new account.  This is a very drastic step, however, and we are hoping another solution is presented and we do not have to resort to that.  Thank you for your help!

My user reports that that did not help, and they are still unable to export the list to Excel, I am sorry.
