I created Sumifs function in which sum range is C5:F7 and criteria range 1 is B5:B7 and criteria 1 is J5 and criteria range 2 is C4:F4 and Criteria 2 is K4. The above is shown in figure below;
Any help would be highly appreciated.

I made some changes to your spreadsheet which you can download from here.
I wasn't able to get the array formula working. I got it partially working but can't get it to the result you require. Have a look at the formulas and comments I added on the worksheet 'Avg Cost'.
I did come up with an alternative solution - hopefully it meets your need. See sheet 'TotalCost'
