Forms column missing

The 'Total Points' and the 'Quiz Feedback' columns are missing when I open up my responses in excel. They were there originally and then they disappeared, I then created another quiz to see if there was a problem with the link but that didn't work either. Is there something I am doing wrong when I am creating my quiz.

Hi KP_09,

We know that view the result of our Forms&Quiz via Excel online will be more convenient for us.

When we create Form from OneDrive(New>Forms for Excel) and Excel online(Insert>Form), we can view the result via Excel online directly. However, when we create Form&Quiz via Forms directly, it is not feasible for us to view the result via Excel online directly. We can download that result workbook then upload it into OneDrive then view it via Excel online.

Besides, when we using Forms collect responses, it is not feasible for us to set the correct answer. We can do that when we using Quiz.

Form and result in Excel online:

Quiz and result :

And that makes we can't find the 'Total Points' and the 'Quiz Feedback' columns. Thanks for your understanding.

Regards,

Neo

    Hi All,

Forms can collect responder's choice. The quiz can set the correct answer for each question. That makes "Total points and Quiz feedback" column only appears on the Quiz result. It is expected behavior, not an issue. If you have any concern about that, please post a new UserVoice to providing your feedback about that. I appreciated your understanding.

    Regards,

    Neo

Thanks so much for your reply! Do you happen to know generally how long it takes them to fix something like this?

Yes that is correct. Microsoft have tested it and have confirmed the same issue. they are looking in to it.
