Hi there,

My Office 365-through ****** University-  suddenly stopped working. Whenever I open powerpoint/word/excel, it tells me that my account has been expired.

Your account ...@*****edu has been expired. Office 365 subscription.  => Renew => Ready to view documents. Your xxx@*****.edu can view documents but it doesn't allow editing on a Mac. To edit, use another account to activate Office.

    Hi ZinzinNZ,

    Thanks for your screenshot.

You are using Office 365 A1 for faculty in your screenshot.

There is no desktop version of Office in this subscription, so you cannot use this account to activate your Office application on your Mac.

You may need to contact your school administrator for more information. You should have Office 365 A1 Plus for Faculty at least.

    Best Regards,

    Gloria

Open an app, such as Microsoft Word.

Choose File > New from Template to display the templates gallery (it probably displayed automatically when you opened the app).

Click the circle in the upper left corner and then log in using your Office 365 credentials.
