patch fail on windows server 2012r2

Question

I am trying to install July patch on windows server 2012r2 but it is showing not applicable. than i tried with dism and even dism gave the same patch not applicable. I have also tried to install SSU but it gives same error. Internet can't be available on server. So, can't update over the internet. I gave 4 servers on which same issue is coming and successful on 1 server of same environment.

What is the text result of (PowerShell);
(Get-HotFix | Sort-Object -Property InstalledOn)

Looks like the prerequisite SSU has already been installed so you should be able to install KB5004298

If not I'd also try resetting manually.

sfc /scannow
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

Another option is a repair install by running setup.exe from the root of the install media, but time may be better spent standing up a new one, patch fully, migrate roles over and move on.
