patch fail on windows server 2012r2

Question

I am trying to install July patch on windows server 2012r2 but it is showing not applicable. than i tried with dism and even dism gave the same patch not applicable. I have also tried to install SSU but it gives same error. Internet can't be available on server. So, can't update over the internet. I gave 4 servers on which same issue is coming and successful on 1 server of same environment.

May we know what is the specific KB number you are trying to install?

The most common reasons for this error "The update is not applicable to your computer" are:

1. Update is superseded
2. Update is already installed
3. Wrong update for architecture
4. Missing prerequisite update
