Amit gave you a regular formula solution to your scenario, yet you said that these formulas are too slow.
If that is the case, no matter how I improve the code, the problem will remain the same, and that is because your data is quite large.
Suggestion:
Try using the formula given by Amit but saving your workbook as Excel Binary Workbook
And see how it goes.

Your formula uses COUNTIF to match the values. This may give erroneous results because it does not equate unique occurrences but only counts the number of occurrences in each row, for example, it may equate "4,13,14,26" to "4,4,14,26" or "13,13,14,26" whereas your intention is to compare occurrence of each of the 4 values of 4, 13, 14 and 26 in a row.

it can as well return yes or no when first matching row is found if it saves time too
