How do I duplicate multiple split cells with their format to another cell?
I am formatting a Word document and would like to be able to duplicate multiple split cells and their format/content into another table cell. In the picture below, for example, I would like to copy and paste the date cells (red circle) into the areas with the red check marks:
I have tried selecting the 10 cells and then using different copy/paste options to no avail. Any help would be appreciated and save me a ton of time!

When I drag the cells above, I get this result below that goes off the page

2020-06-04T19:22:20+00:00 Once I found the right combo of "options" for the table preferences it worked. Thank you. The downer is that resizing of the table cell and the table within when formatting the overall doc. A little more experimenting and I hope to get there :)
