File path too long

It's comical that the url telling me I can't create a site template because a 136 character file path is too long -  has 536 characters!! Especially since this is a news link so the file path was created by MSFT, not me! You can't make this stuff up.

    From this article, we can see that the entire path, including the file name, must contain fewer than 400 characters for OneDrive, OneDrive for Business and SharePoint Online.s, and SharePoint

    For users but not Msft? As I said above, the url giving me the error has 536 characters, which is pretty small compared to many system generated urls. Msft can't have it both ways - there's obviously no reason why a site template fails because of the url length, that's nonsense.

    As this news link is created by default and out of characters limitation to create a sit template

    Besides, in this case, there is no method to modify the file path manually.
