MS Forms: embedding a form into a web page

Question

I created a web page and embedded a form using the following code:

<iframe width="480px" height= "250px" src= "https://forms.office.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=-40iOkfGy0SINXsgYX_JBjNn_CDkQb9DihTJ2w8VUaNUMDNDUFE1Tks4UlAxWjMzMUxOU0hEOUJWVi4u&embed=true" frameborder= "0" marginwidth= "0" marginheight= "0" style= "border: none; max-width:100%; max-height:100vh" allowfullscreen webkitallowfullscreen mozallowfullscreen msallowfullscreen> </iframe>

But, it displays the following instead. Is there a way to display the form on the page. Please help

I realize that this depends on the browser you are using, with IE11 works properly but for edge I get the same page as you

hi guys, i got the same issues, somebody said it is because of the iframe size. i tried and it is when using edge. but no matter what sizes i set for chrome and firefox, keep having the green page.

any one know the root cause and fix it????????????????

updated: make the form to public then it can normally displayed

EDIT: removing everything after the main link ended up working! For some reason it took a little while for my page to reset, I guess.

I am having the same issue. I've tried all the suggestions on this thread and nothing has worked. What is the point of offering an option to embed if all that's available is an extremely large hyperlink?

Not sure if I am too late to the party or what site you are creating your website on, but I got the same thing using Squarespace. however, when I left edit mode, the actual form showed up. Hope this helps.

I’m pretty sure this is due to it being a non anonymous form. This happens to mine when I only allow those in my organization in the form settings.
