SharePoint - Folder in user error

Hello, 

I sync a folder in SharePoint to my file explorer but when I try to open a file inside of that folder it gives me below error: 

The action can't be completed because the folder or a file in it is open in another program. 

I closed everything, stop sync, and re-sync the folder again but the error still continues. The file doesn't have password protection. 

Could you please help me with this issue? 

How can I solve it?

    The solution you mentioned cannot be applied to Office applications as it may need to be changed from the programming level. We appreciate your understanding.
