Can I access a App-V 5 SP1 published package from a Windows 10 20h2 Enterprise Client?

I am having a App-V 5 SP1 server and I have successfully published a package. The package was created using the Sequencer delivered in an ADK installer also on a Windows 10 20h2.

I am trying to access this published package from a Windows 10 20h2 Enterprise client but I get the following error.

Sync-AppvPublishingServer : Application Virtualization Service failed to complete requested operation.

Operation attempted: RefreshPublishingServer.

Windows Error: 0x801901F4 -

Error module: Publishing. Internal error detail: 45500D27801901F4.

So is there a way that I can access the published package from a Windows 10 OS client machine and if so how?

    I have created a new App-V 5.1 Managing & Publishing server from which I am now able to access the published package from a Windows 10 OS. But the access on the Client machine is very slow for which I have raised another query (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/551324/how-can-i-speed-up-the-launch-of-an-app-virtualize.html).
