I tried text as well but the issue still persists

When I split the data, some of the numbers from what I noticed, where switch to dates but, when I change the cell formatting of that column to general it doesn't revert back to the original number. instead it turns into something like 48342
Heres an example:
Below is what I expect 1003-5 to look like after splitting 1 and 0 with text to column
|1|0|03-5|
Instead I get
|1|0|5-Mar|
Then when I change the cell format to general I get
|1|0|43895|

For me for some reason it keeps repeatedly crashing if I choose text right after i press finish.
Im assuming it might be the amount of records Im working with (68,000)
Oh okay, I didnt we had to choose each individual column. Thanks!
