Automatically pull data from website into excel
Hi.
I need help with my personal project. I am trying to pull data from the following website into an excel spreadsheet:
https://www.whoscored.com/Players/107941/Show/Michael-Keane
The data that I need is in the "Latest matches" table. All I need actually is the last three rows of data, more specifically what is in the "played" and "rating" columns. Excel web query doesn't recognize div tables. Can you please help me figure out a way. Also in this table every few days there is going to be a new row added when the player is in action. I want to make this process automatic and always I am going to need only the last three rows of data.
Any ideas?

My name is André. I am an independent consultant.
Unfortunately there is not much magic here to be done. for automated spreadsheets it will be necessary to have a little knowledge with visualbasic. and the link sent by Jen L. is very useful. if you follow the steps, you will be able to achieve what you want.
unfortunately there is no easier way to collect this data automatically.
I hope this information is useful for you. If you still have questions, answer here so I can continue helping you.
André.
