Bullet Points and Aligning Text with Bullet Points

Excel Brain Trust I Need Your Help

In Excel I've got merged cells. I need to put bullet points at the start of a new line which I have figured out how to do. 

What I need to know do is align them and make them look professional, is there a way that can be done 

Eg: picture below 

The bullet points and the text are aligned perfectly, how can I do that in Excel?

    Above done in merged range (A4:D8).

    Each new line created using Alt + Enter.
    Alternative to space bar - No.

    A lot of people regret using merged cells as they can interfere
    with other functions and actions on a worksheet.
    Center Across Selection is the alternative.

    Thank you Rohn007 that does help. 

    I would like to stay away from the merged cells unfortunately this is the way my client wants it to be presented, I might try to convince him otherwise but we will see.

    Yes, that is exactly what I want but with no alternative to space bar it will take me forever to align the document like my client wants it to be presented. 

    As I just mentioned above my client wants the merged cells but I might try to convince him otherwise as in cases like this I don't like the merged cells.
