Want to remove a ribbon icon from menu bar of outlook window using VB.net

Hi,
I want to remove the last two ribbon icons from this menu bar using Vb.net
I am able to remove these icons manually using "Customize the Ribbon" option from there I can remove it manually but I need to do it with Vb.net code in my Outlook Window.
I am attaching a screenshot for more clarification
Other information regarding my machine environment
OS : Windows 10 pro
Outlook version -2019(32bit)
