Hello,

I have a project management worksheet keeping track of all ongoing/past projects.

It has various columns and it has filters. However the filter range is up to 34 rows only. beyond that it does not filter. Please see below:

Above is filtered list for Customer "Ghate" and it does not filter beyond rows 34 as highlighted in above image.

I have tried doing many changes in the List range/criteria range. Current advanced filter range is:

Now this list range is way beyond the 34 rows mark but it still is not filtering beyond that.

Can anyone let me know what do I need to change?

I have tried experimenting with criteria range as well, putting whole list range in that etc. but still it doesn't work.

    Hi,

Please check your file in onedrive . updated.

Please convert your table to range & apply filters to row 6.

Hi! I think row 32-34 are hidden. Try to right-click the line between 31 and 35 then click unhide. Hope it will help!

They are not hidden. They are filtered out.

Filter is working till row 34 only. Beyond that it is not filtering as you can see in screenshot. The row numbers till 34 are are marked in blue when filtered suggesting filter is only working till those rows.

    Hi ,

I'm Lee, an Independent Advisor and a fellow user just like you. I don't work for Microsoft but I'm always willing to give any help that I can.

Do check if you have a blank row in row 32,33 & 34 which is hidden.

Unhide those rows, clear away the auto filters, delete any blank rows, apply back filters.

    Hope that works for you.

If that is not the case, please kindly attach a screen-shot of the issue so we could work towards resolving it.

    Regards,

    Lee

    Hi,

Thank you for your response. However there are no hidden rows in between that section. Below is the screenshot:

    Image

I have tried removing the filter and tried applying again but it always applies in same range i.e. 34 rows.

Below is GIF showing the filter:

    Image

And below is the current filter settings:

As you can see the list range is way beyond the 34 rows (From B8 to M200).

I am not sure what is wrong.
