Hello,

I have a project management worksheet keeping track of all ongoing/past projects.

It has various columns and it has filters. However the filter range is up to 34 rows only. beyond that it does not filter. Please see below:

Above is filtered list for Customer "Ghate" and it does not filter beyond rows 34 as highlighted in above image.

I have tried doing many changes in the List range/criteria range. Current advanced filter range is:

Now this list range is way beyond the 34 rows mark but it still is not filtering beyond that.

Can anyone let me know what do I need to change?

I have tried experimenting with criteria range as well, putting whole list range in that etc. but still it doesn't work.

    Hi,

Please check your file in onedrive . updated.

Please convert your table to range & apply filters to row 6.

    Hi,

Your List and criteria range should have their own set of headings.  See the snapshot.

    Hope this helps.

So I have to add all the customer names, Status list again as separate in top row? We have large number of customers that would eat up lot of space.

That would look rather confusing and cluttering and also it does not answer the main problem that why the filter is only working till 34 rows and not beyond that. Because at current state, there are no separate criteria rows as you have shown and filter still works till rows till 34.

    Thanks for your response.
