SharePoint Calendar View doesn't capture all entries in List View.

We have a calendar list which contains multiple entries for each day of a month (can be up to 40 for a given day but most days are under 20 entries). When we switch to calendar view, not all the entries appear. We have not been able to determine any pattern, rhyme or reason for the missing entries - seems very sporadic. NOTE: the calendar is NOT connected to Outlook. Any ideas? Thank you.

I have done that in the past with no luck. But I did try again. Here's what I did, and the error message I received.

    Hi EsheeD,

    Sorry for the late reply.

As you have checked the list settings and you have "Show all items" selected, I also understand from the screenshots you provided, you do not have calendar overlayed and also creating a new calendar view have the same issue, we have checked the possible settings, the root cause must be different. In this situation, we’ll suggest you contact your tenant admin to create a support ticket to Microsoft. We really want to help but we don’t have any resource or escalation channel to escalate this case further. Sorry for not being able to help here.

Once you reach the assisted support for the request, they will help you find the root cause, the support there can also contact the related team if required. To create support ticket, admin can go to Office 365 Admin center>Support>New service request. You may also refer to Contact support for business products - Admin Help.

Thanks for understanding. Have a nice day and stay safe.

    Kind regards,

    Neha

Thank you.  I have contacted our IT Admin and they are trying to help me.  They said that it looks like our site is old and it may have developed some issues over the years.  I may need to create a new site.

They said they will contact Microsoft for additional support as needed.  Thank you for your assistance.
