Can't add attachment to SharePoint list

Receiving the above error message when trying to add an attachment from a shared drive to a particular list. It only seems to be happening on one list. I created a dummy list and added the exact same file from the shared network that was giving me this error message, but for the new dummy list, it added no problem. We even tried downloading the file from the shared network to our local computer and that did not work for the list with the existing issue. Which makes me believe it is not a network issue. Multiple of our users are having this attachment problem.

    Thanks for your valuable feedback and share a updates with us. Yes the option is on SharePoint online. Since you are able to attach file in another list (same SharePoint site) with same file from network drive then in this scenario I'm afraid your problematic list got corrected somehow. You may move your column data from problematic list to new created list, here is article for you reference: SharePoint Online: Moving items between lists
