Hello,

I am trying to setup a conditional formatting for a field on a sub-form to highlight X-BROKEN status in red but it keeps giving me the below error. Please help.

Use the numeric value rather than the text. For instance Field Value equals 3 rather than "X-Broken".

    Hi Duane,

Yes, This is a lookup field from a table and it is being used in a sub-form. Is there a way to highlight certain categories when selected? Thanks for your advice.

    Best regards,

    Hannah
