Excel shows extra loading window on alt+tab

Today I ran into this new issue: Anytime I open Excel, this loading screen shows up in the alt+tab view and won’t go away. Anyone else encountering this or know how to fix it? Usually it would disappear once the workbook fully opened. It doesn’t appear to be a separate process, as attempting to kill it with Task Manager closes both windows. Microsoft 365 MSO Version 2111 64-bit on desktop, Windows 10.

So this is interesting: I didn’t find Funcres.xlam in the Add-Ins window, but I did find that Analysis Tool Pack was turned on, and when I turned it off and restarted Excel—no more annoying loading window in alt+tab. I didn’t use the tool pack anyway, so problem solved.
