Help: import pdf to excel navigator dialog not open

Hi

I have a computer in which when trying to import data to excel from a pdf file it does not show me the Navigator window.

It shows me a window with the formula but does not take the next step.

I have performed the repair and reinstallation of Microsoft Office

Microsoft 365 and Office | Excel | For business | Windows

    Hi,

    I have finally managed to solve it, the problem was in the installation of Adobe DC.

    After installing the 32-bit version of Adobe DC, everything started working correctly.

    I don't know if it's because it's 32Bits or because Adobe DC has been reinstalled.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the reply.

    You can try to remove cache folder for Power Query to see the result: C:\Users\****\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office\16.0\PowerQuery(you can move it to desktop, check if the issue is solved, if so, you could move it to trash, if not, restore it)
