My office apps received an update, and now I've lost a function in excel. I can no longer click the sum in the status bar to copy it to my clipboard. How do I restore this function?

Apologies I thought I had posted an update reply already. Stacey's answer did not help. All I had to do was install latest excel updates, and then restart excel to get it to work again.

Hi,

Unfortunately for the ones that are in my situation, we are helpless. I cannot update manually, and I am the IT Manager...it's all handled by global team.

Has anyone figured out a way?

So there is clearly an existing issue that nobody knows how to resolve...

Does anyone know where can we escalate the situation, or to whom?

I have some users reporting the same problem, I have repaired Office 365 as well as uninstalled and reinstalled to the newest version but the problem persists. It appears that the newest update broke this feature.
