I am having Office 365 business user license.

While creating a MS-Form, when I create new question as "Upload File" it shows error as "Access denied. You do not have permission to perform this action or access this resource". Because of this MS form published does not have a File Upload type of question, other questions appears correct when shared.

The snapshot of problem is attached herewith. Thanks in advance.

    Hi All,

    Recently we received many users report about getting the error message "Access denied. You do not have permission to perform this action or access this resource" when trying to create an Upload File question in Microsoft Forms. We do understand it has affected your work and apologize for the inconvenience.

    We'd like to make a summary here:

    Issue symptom:

    =======================

    Error message "Access denied. You do not have permission to perform this action or access this resource" appears when creating a Upload File question in Microsoft Forms.

    Environment:

    =======================

    Microsoft Forms in browser.

    Current status:

    ================

    We can reproduce the situation in Forms.

    Please raise a support ticket from Microsoft 365 Admin Center > Support > New service request.

    The support team over there has more resource to investigate the situation further. The more reports they receive from customers, the more likely they will be able to find something affect users in common, then work on it, do investigation and fix it soon.

    We appreciate your cooperation and understanding!

    Sincerely,
