Inserting page break WITHIN a table row in Word 2016

I have a table where the verbiage goes onto a second page. I know there's a way to insert a page break within the row, but for the life of me, I can't remember what it is. Any help will be appreciated except for formulae. I don't deal with formulae. Thanks.

The formatting of a paragraph to have a Page Break before it will only result in a page break before it, IF THAT PARAGRAPH IS THE FIRST PARAGRAPH IN THE ROW.
