Hello,

I have a microsoft 365 account and my domain is is through Go Daddy. I am technically the administrator...but recently I was hacked and in my haste to fix the issue I accidentally disabled my laptop. I need to re enable it, but I can't find where to do that. I've searched through the 365 admin and the Go Daddy Admin but I don't see anywhere to re enable. CAn you help me?

Dear Matthew Trahms,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

I went through your question and it seems you unintentionally deactivated your laptop from accessing Office apps. I assume as below:

Did you deactivate it from here? If so, since you mentioned your Admin, please go to Admin Center > click on Azure Active Directory > Azure Active Directory > Devices > All Devices > Select the disabled device, and select Enable: Please check this article for your reference: Your organization has disabled this device when trying to activate Microsoft 365 Apps - Office 365 | Microsoft Learn.

If this is not what you mean, feel free to post back, help give us more clarification on how you disabled your laptop, and which apps are affected? and any other relevant information that may help us understand your scenario.

Thank you for your kind understanding and cooperation! Good luck and stay safe.

Sincerely,

Edwine | Microsoft Community Moderator
