Not able to receive incoming calls in teams

I am not able to receive incoming calls in teams application. I have tried to reinstall teams application and also reinstalled windows but still not able to receive incoming calls

    Does anyone else have the same issue in your organization?

    Could you receive the incoming calls in Teams web client?

    To narrow down this issue, it recommends you check the call settings in Teams client and ensure you have ticked "Call rings me" option.

    Hi Teams Support,

    I have the same issue. When a caller calls my work phone, I hear the ring tone on my Macbook Pro running Teams, but I don't see an "answer" button. My settings (Calls ring me, If unanswered : Do nothing) are selected. Calling from Teams works. Weird that answer a call on Teams is not super intuitive...

    I also have the same problem as you on Samsung S21 - only hear ringing when there is a call from Team like can't answer at all. Does anyone have a solution for this problem?

    I had the same issue and realized that was because of the notification setting, I just enabled the notification on my device and it is working now.
