    Hello Wedefine App,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community. This is Ankita Vaidya and I will be assisting you with this request.

Regarding your post, could you please kindly provide us more details about how you purchased email in office365 and which subscription you have purchased? Generally, when you set up Microsoft365 business subscription and wants to login admin.microsoft.com, you need to use Microsoft365 admin account which should be based on your custom domain (such as xyz.com) or default domain (such xyz.onmicrosoft.com). Gmail.com account can’t use for login admin.microsoft.com. If you remember your admin account which is belongs from your custom domain or onmicrosoft.com domain, kindly use it to access Admin page and if receive any error message with that domain, kinldy provide us entire screenshot of the error message, so based on it we will check and assist you further. We recommend to kindly clear browser’s cache before login, so if is there any corruption in browsers cache, it will remove.

If you don’t have any information about your Admin account or forget Admin account's details, we recommend to kindly contact our support team available on Phone support because that team have required resources to check such tenant details and assist you for reset Admin account to access Microsoft365 Admin page. At this point, your kind cooperation and valuable understanding will be highly appreciated.

Thank you so much for your precious time. Stay safe and healthy.

    Sincerely,

Ankita Vaidya | Microsoft Community Moderator
