I am creating one application in PowerApps .where I am select the date like Monday To Friday and its data show in Gallary where its button for delete the date but if I select the button its not delete the Monday To Friday Data to select any of the button. If I select any one button like 22 ,23,24,25 august date its will delete this four record.
I use Remove(datasouce,thisitem);

Thanks for your updates and sorry for the late reply.
You may create a collection for the gallery such as Collection2 in my environment via clicking on Action>Collect>New Collection first and add Checkbox in the gallery and add the following example formula on OnSelect on the checkbox like what I showed in my environment. The data source in my environment is a SharePoint list.
Formula on OnSelect: If(Checkbox2.Value,Collect(Collection2,LookUp(ListDemo01,ID=Gallery1.Selected.ID)),RemoveIf(Collection2,ID=Gallery1.Selected.ID))
Finally add a button Delete and add the following formula on OnSelect.
RemoveIf(ListDemo01,ID in Collection2.ID)
Now when you select one or multiple records in the app and click on Delete, the records should be deleted.
