    Dear tornikelasuridze,

Thank you for your valuable feedback and sharing updates with us and I really appreciate your effort and your precious time doing.

Considering that all clients in your company have this issue, it may need to remotely check the environment on your side to help you find root cause.

We sincerely recommend you contact your Microsoft 365 administrator, follow steps in this article Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn, raise a support ticket from Microsoft 365 admin center to contact Microsoft Online Support.

The support team over there has higher permission than us and they can remotely help you, involve more resource to collect logs when you cannot login www.office.com and investigate the issue further to help you find root cause. This would be the most efficient way in handling this case for you.

Thanks for your understanding and cooperation. I hope that you are keeping safe and well!

    Sincerely,

    Tina | Microsoft Community Moderator

    Dear tornikelasuridze,

Greetings! Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

As per your description, you cannot login www.office.com, it shows "The request is blocked" error.

We'd like to help you, please don't worry, we can work together and try to narrow down and resolve the situation.

From the screenshot, it seems like you are using Opera browser. May I know if this issue happens in this specific browser? If you try a different browser, Chrome, Firefox or Edge, can you access www.office.com?

Per searching, we also found other users shared that this issue may be related to cached data in browser, after they cleared cache, issue disappeared. We suggest you try to clear browser cache and see the outcome.

And we want to confirm do all users in your organization have this issue?

Thanks for your cooperation! Hope you keep safe and healthy always.

    Sincerely,

    Tina | Microsoft Community Moderator
