Macro error

Hi,

The users have been using a database for over a year. This database has a simple macro to import data into an existing table. The macro is called by clicking on the logo on the main form (the form that automatically opens when you open the database).

Recently a user tried to open the database and run the macro on a computer that is not in either English or French. Ever since then whenever you open the database you get a security risk warning bar.

I have 9 different databases with the same macro and they all have the same warning bar now.

I tried the following:

  • check the box to allow all macros (even it not recommended)
  • tried to add the sharepoint site (https://NAME.sharepoint.com/sites/RESIDENCES/)
  • I restored one of the database from backup (it works locally) but when I copy it to the share I get the warning
  • I removed the macro from the button and when I open the database again I still get the warning

The tables, queries, forms and reports work, but the macro on the logo doesn't anymore.

I am at a loss as to how to fix this issue

Any help would be appreciated

Jeanne
