How to right-justify text in Excel plot

How do I right-justify the text in the above plot. The left panel is really ugly. I am using Excel for Mac 16.66.1

    Despite what the advisor has told you, the text can be right justified. In fact, with the type of bar chart you have chosen, it is always right-justified and can't be changed.

    If you look closely at the chart, you will see that it is already right-justified. The problem is your text is wrapping. To stop the wrapping, widen the chart area.

    I managed to right justify it in Word. But then I get ellipses instead of word wraps (which I need to make the picture fit).

    I also do not see how to create data labels for the y axis labels.

    Hi

    I think you're making this way too complicated. Just drag the border of the chart area so that the text fits within the chart's border without wrapping. Usually data descriptions are very short, but because yours are long you need a lot more room for them to fit.

    I gave up and used it as it was given to me. Excel needs to make this easier to do.
