Help... my azure account is all messed up..

Hello, I don't have too much experience with the Azure portal, (I don't have a paid plan), I've created an app by following some tutorial instructions and everything was good but some time later after I logged in back to the portal, I noticed that I wasn't having administrative privileges; I wasn't able to create new users, new custom domains and more...

So I tried many different things and ended up deciding on creating a new account instead with another work email (although with the same domain), when it was the moment to verify the custom domain, I received a notification that my domain was already verified in a different account:

But I wasn't able to remove it from the old account either, as I don't have the admin privileges...

Then I tried by sending some guest invitation, it didn't help, and at the end, it made everything worst... I leaved the organization/tenant for that user and logged back with the main user, and now I just can't do absolutely anything in that account... it is full of errors...

I've tried to find a way to directly contact Microsoft to see if they can just wipe everything on my account or reset it, or something, I just want to start over from scratch and be able to verify my domain once again in a new account... I just don't know how to proceed with anything regarding this... please help.

Hi @Edwyn Amador , you need to access the admin account to fix this. Do you still have access to it? If you do, can you verify that you're using the right subscription and tenant? If you're still having problems we can open a support ticket for you. Please let me know.

    Best,
    James
