Image shrinking when i opened onenote for Android.

I use PPT to 'print to Onenote Windows 10' to export the slides handout to Onenote. After works for sometime, I open the page on my Onenote Android. This is when the problem occurred, the slides images shrinked instantly at all my Onenote.

    As opening a support ticket may need the administrator account, it is better to contact the administrator to do that.

    If you have difficulty to contact the administrator, I suggest you try Contact - Microsoft Support and let them know your current situation and check whether they can help you fix the issue in your environment with more resources.

    Hi Cliff,

    I've removed the images. By the way, I think contacting the company's admin is not so easy. How if i want to report using my personal account? It seems the problems happens as an appnfor all account, isn't it? If yes, how to report to your team using my personal account?

    I did a test with some sample PPT files and I can't reproduce the issue in our environment.

    As the forum is public, I'd like you to confirm whether the screenshots you posted can be shared here directly. If yes, please add your confirmation. I'll remove them to protect your privacy if there is no confirmation from you after 24 hours.

    I suggest you try the suggestions I mentioned above at your side first to see if there are some improvements.

    If no, I'm afraid that there may be nothing you can do at your side and the next step may be to report the issue to our related team as soon as possible for further investigation. You can send the issue screenshots to them like what you posted here so that they can check your environments and help you fix the issue at their side. To open a support ticket, please contact the administrator in your company if you aren't the administrator first.

    Meanwhile, you can also report the issue to them via the built-in Feedback option in the OneNote app on your Android as well.

    Hi Cliff,

    Yes the photos were taken from android (huawei Nova 5T) onenote. But, when it shrank, it also happened in onenote dekstop and my galaxy tab s6 lite onenote. I have used the latest version of onenote (Huawei Nova 5T). This problems happened couple of times (approx 3 times).

    Dear Jocit,

    From the screenshots, it seems that the two screenshots are both from the OneNote app on your Android and the image shows in the notebook page normally on your Android for some time.

    If yes, I suggest you check whether you are using the latest version number of the OneNote app and the operating system on your Android.

    If no, I suggest you update them, restart Android and then do a test to see the outcome.

    If yes, I suggest you check whether the issue happens in OneNote for the web on your Android. If no, I suggest you reset the credentials in Fix sync issues in OneNote for iOS or Android - Microsoft Support, restart Android and then open the notebook again to see the result.

    If all above doesn't resolve the issue and if you aren't the administrator, I suggest you contact the administrator in your school and let him follow the steps in Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn to open a support ticket to our related team as soon as possible so that they can help you further investigate the issue and fix it in your environment from their side.

    The administrator is always the first person who subscribes the Microsoft 365 business subscription or the IT administrator in your organization.
