hi,

I am trying to use a link that contains a powerpoint but not working any more. I was the one that created and shared the document, but it is coming up with a troubleshooting issue.

saying: Sorry, you cannot access this document. Please contact the person who shared it with you.

I can no longer find the file, neither can the individuals that I shared it with. Can't find the document anywhere. I have the original link am I able to get this recovered?

As you mentioned you are the one who created the file but not able to find the file, I would like to confirm whether you have checked the Recycle bin (First Stage and Second Stage) of the Site Collection? If not, please go to the Site Collection> Click on the Recycle bin at the left navigation bar> See whether you can find the files missing and if not, please click on the Second Stage Recycle bin to find them. If you are not able to find neither in First stage nor Second Stage, I suggest you go to the SharePoint Online Home Page (please click on the SharePoint at the top left) and in the Search bar, search for the files which are missing. If you are still not able to find them, please contact the IT admin of your organization immediately and request them to raise a support ticket from the Office 365 admin center where the related development team can try to recover the missing data.
