Hello. My situation is that there are domains that are valid. But the ones that I described are without any use or interest for me. For those that come from the ones I described these are all absolutely scams and spam and from adult content domains. I individually those that come from yahoo and outlook. I unfortunately had to block all that come from gmail. I’ve given trusted status to those of my family and friends that use Gmail.

I noted in a previous post that a notification is sent to those that I block. I wish this wouldn’t happen. All this does is give these spammers the heads-up to use another domain address. Is there a way to stop the notification to be sent to those that are blocked?

I wish there was a way to prosecute those that sell email addresses….

The rule I posted does not send back a bounce back email.

Other rules I do bounce back because if by the off chance they are legit I want them to see the bounce back and reach out to the user they were trying to reach so that I eventually can get it corrected (I had to do this once so glad I did). Of course I have the option to NOT have a message bounce back as the email could be deleted and the sender and receiver would be none the wiser.

Those that are blocked are in my outlook.com account. I have probably 200 domains blocked. 5 from Yahoo and outlook. Can you explain what I need to do with making sure that blocked domains do not get a message that they are blocked?

When I blocked all gmail.com email I asked one of my colleagles to send me an email. He indicated that he didn’t get a message. He didn’t get any messages. Perhaps outlook by default doesn’t send messages?

Is there a way that I could post a snip? Every blocked email or domain is absolutely spam or adult content. Some of these appear legit but aren’t. These are just trying to get your data to either hit your bank account or for some aspect of identity theft. Posting the snip would be an effort from me to help others from getting scammed or start getting a huge influx of adult content email. The adult content emails are from men/women that allegedly saw your profile on a site and some of them even say they live within 10 miles of where I live! LOL

Something just crossed my pea-brain…is there a way to block domains similar to searching for files on your hard drive? By putting additional characters in front of a .ra or .one domain for example?

I tried using the .one as written and it isn’t working. Same with the others that common last letters on their domains.

I’m getting hit every 15 minutes or so from spam email addresses with the same domain “whitesea.co.uk” and I’ve gone through as many help topics that I can find that apply, but all of them require me to log in to the desktop version of outlook in order to add a rule or filter. But I can’t get access to the desktop version. Any suggestions how to block this domain using the mobile version in a mobile browser?
