Multiple issues with Sway sharing.

I created a sway presentation and used the "anyone with a link can view" feature to send it out. It worked fine for 1 day and then required people to sign-in to view the content when none of the sharing settings changed.

I also used the "anyone with a link can edit" feature to share with collaborators outside of my organization and it is not allowing them to access the sway presentation to edit. When I try to share with "specific people or groups" and manually add them via email, it does not allow me to invite others to edit.

My sway presentation is already in rotation and trying to be viewed by multiple people. I have never had these issues before and the suggestions on Microsoft do not work for my issues.

    Dear UrgentHelp2023,

    Welcome to the forum here.

The Anyone link with Edit should work after the external users sign their account in and you can only invite the people and groups within your organization or school for whom you've explicitly granted permission will be able to view or edit your Sway when using the Specific people or groups link.

However, the Anyone link with View should work at any time. If you haven't tried the Reset the Sharing settings way, I suggest you click on it and re-share an anyone link with View to see if the link only works for one day in your environment.
